The IDF Medical Corps has opened a field hospital on the Gaza border. Despite the constant threat of Hamas rocket fire from Gaza, the field hospital continues to treat Palestinians civilians on the Israeli side of the Erez Crossing.
Hamas killed at least 25 Palestinian civilians it suspected of collaborating with Israel, according to sources close to Gazan jihadist organizations. The sources, close to both Hamas and the Islamic Jihad groups, said that most of the extra-judicial killings of suspected collaborators took place during a brief “humanitarian” cease-fire four days ago.
Hamas has fired at Israel and at IDF forces from the hospital. As a result, the IDF repeatedly conveyed warnings to the hospital staff and urged civilians to leave the area. Hamas continued firing from the hospital. In response, the IDF targeted specific sites and terrorists within the hospital grounds. Secondary explosions can be seen, confirming IDF intelligence about the site.
Interruptions came from Iran, Syria, Egypt, the "State of Palestine," Cuba and Venezuela. The U.S. and Canada defended Neuer's right to speak.

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) on Wednesday suggested the ban was politically motivated and a means to pressure Israel to accept the terms of a cease-fire being sought by Secretary of State John Kerry. Cruz pledged to block State Department nominees until the Obama administration answered his questions about the ban.
