The risqué comedy of Sarah Silverman is enjoyed by many around the world, and her routine is no stranger to controversy. However, her move into politics to back President Obama appears to have stirred more than just a little anger amongst some of her opponents.
Rabbi Yaacov Rosenblatt has written to the Jewish Press attacking the Jewish comedienne, describing Silverman as "secular' and urging her to seek marriage and raise children, rather than continuing to pursue her career.
